The Nest is an authorized, officially licensed retailer of Philadelphia Eagles merchandise. All team names, logos, and marks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners; use of licensed product imagery and branding is authorized under our retail license.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Limited-edition and collectible items are produced in finite quantities and may sell out without notice. We make no guarantee of restock for limited releases.

The Nest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
